The Solution (PEARLS)
PEARLS is an easy-to-use product / project requirements management tool. It’s a multitenant solution, it is available on Cloud and On-Prem. PEARLS makes it extremely simple for users of any level to effectively use it and get their job done.
Currently, PEARLS comes with PEARLS Lite, PEARLS Pro and soon there’ll be a PEARLS Enterprise.
It can be used for any industry, and by users at any level. Health Care, Aerospace, Financial just to name a few.

PEARLS is a methodology independent toolset, it can be used in every environment be it waterfall, agile or even custom. A core idea is to make it simple for organizations of varied size to adept it and use it the way they want to use.

Your data is completely isolated. We have made sure that we use the best architecture and cloud service like Azure.
1. PEARLS Workspace
This refers to how your PEARLS administrator adds users, assigns roles and creates project for respective teams to work on their respective projects. This can entirely be done either your PEARLS admin, or we can take care for you at no extra cost.
Yes, there is a simple project wizard which walks you through in providing project / product related information; most useful for deliverables. You can either provide all meta information or skip and fill in later. Precisely, just a project name would do too.
Certainly. We have one of the best support models, since we heavily focus on our customer’s success so the support is Premium 24/7 at no additional cost, which covers, unlimited support mails / tickets, product onboarding for new users, 1:1 training etc. Free analysis session too if required. We have got this covered.
Absolutely not. You can have as many users as you want. The more the merrier – and there can be huge discounts too.
Of course. Your logo becomes part of the branding with your deliverables
No there is no setup fee. It’s absolutely free.
In total there are eleven deliverables available, but depending upon the plan you have we offer three custom deliverables at no cost.
2. User Roles and Privileges
Yes, PEARLS provides some out of the box User roles, but you can still create as many as you may want. No limitation there.
Yes, you certainly can – and that’s the whole idea of providing a seamless setup. You can add users, create and manage roles and projects.
You can have unlimited projects, so each user can also work on their own projects besides the ones created by their admin.
Yes, they can as long as they have the add / delete project rights.
3. Authoring with PEARLS
Authoring
Absolutely. PEARLS, is designed to enable organizations / users use what they are comfortable with or what their organization’s process /SDLC is.
You can use the combination key of CTRL+Q to add a child to a parent node, CRTL+Enter to add a new root node and CTRL+I to add a child to a child node.

Check In / Check out
You must first save the file and then check in, add a comment (optionally) and this will create a version which if you want can be later accessed in a read only mode from the open file dialog box.
Specification
Yes, you can exclude a specification from the project.
Yes, you can – and when you save; select the option of Save As and it’ll be saved as an Enterprise asset.
Yes, you can add as many key words as you may like, using the Glossary tab in the property sheet.
Yes, you can add attachments and remove them, for an individual object by selecting the Attachment tab from the Property sheet.
Select the requirement 🡪 right click 🡪 and from the drop down select ‘View Object Properties.’

Of course. You can use for a single project; if that’s the case PEARLS Lite would be the best option to go, since it features requirements authoring and comes up with out of the box deliverables. Yes, you can anytime; all you have to do is to send us an email at sales@pearls-inc.com and your account manager will be in touch asap.
It’s standard for 30 days. It can be extended only once though.
Yes, all your data will be retained and we can provide you with a backup of your data in the script format.
4. Support
For Pro and Enterprise plans we have our Premium Support plan 24/7. Which includes unlimited support mails, phone calls, web support, and 1:! Support if required. For PEARLS Lite, you have the unlimited support emails, unlimited phone calls, and 3 web support and one 1:1 support.
